KTH Learning is designed for implementation, not just presentation. Our programs and learning experiences can be integrated into the school day, delivered through out-of-school-time programming, embedded into workforce environments, or customized around the schedules and needs of our partners.
01During the School DayEmbedded support that works within existing school schedules, student-support systems, and instructional priorities. Programs such as THRIVE can operate through small groups, individualized support, and coordinated services alongside school teams.
02After School & Out-of-School TimeProgramming designed to extend learning beyond the traditional school day. Experiences such as Elevate 365 can be delivered through after-school and expanded-learning programs, spring break, summer break, intersessions, and other school-break programming.
03Flexible Workforce LearningCareer and workforce learning designed around how people actually work and learn. Career Launch Essentials can be delivered in person or virtually, during the workday, as part of onboarding, through individual workshops or multi-session series, and as ongoing development throughout the year.
04Professional Learning That FitsProfessional development that works within the rhythm of an organization. KTH can provide Professional Learning virtually or in person through staff trainings, onboarding, leadership development, coaching, quarterly learning sessions, retreats, and customized experiences for teams and organizations.
